We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Receptionist/Administrator to join our small, friendly team at Helix Medical Centre in Bishops Stortford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving patients, making appointments, and handling requests for visits and messages.
- Offering general assistance to the surgery team and projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors.
- Receiving, assisting, and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional.
- Undertaking administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the surgery, including secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff.
- Facilitating effective communication between patients, primary healthcare team members, secondary care, and other associated healthcare agencies.
