Providing strategic leadership and direction in financial mattersEnsuring financial compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsOverseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingDeveloping and implementing financial policies and proceduresLeading and managing the finance teamWorking closely with other senior management to contribute to the overall strategy of the organisationRepresenting the organisation in financial matters with external partiesEnsuring the financial stability and sustainability of the organisation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Professional Qualifications:

A professional accounting qualification within Finance (ACCA, ACA, FCCA, CIMA) is essential for this role.

Leadership Experience:

Experience in a senior financial leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.

Financial Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits:
