About the Role

This Procurement and Inventory Coordinator position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials from suppliers to our production centre.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for all aspects of supplier logistics quality, ensuring efficient and effective inbound material flow.
  2. Representing supply chain risks and opportunities at internal management reviews to ensure informed decision-making.
  3. Using MRP (SAP) to balance demand and supply, creating delivery plans that satisfy multiple requirements while keeping inventory within approved limits.
  4. Continuous improvement in internal processes and supplier logistics quality through collaborative efforts with suppliers.
  5. Supporting engineering teams in implementing new parts, ensuring accurate MRP demand and coordinated stock run-out and ramp-up to minimize financial impact.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in procurement and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of automotive OEM supply chains and supplier manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with MRP and/or SAP software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
