About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and caring Disability Support Assistant to join our team at UKCIL Ltd. As a Disability Support Assistant, you will work closely with individuals with complex needs, providing tailored support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and feeding.
  • Administer medication and provide medical support as needed.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers using equipment and hoists.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
