About the Role:
We are seeking a Wellbeing and Community Support Specialist to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting the wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support and guidance to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy
- To engage residents in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing
- To maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a senior role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:
As a member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus up to 30 days annual leave. You will also enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, working over 3 days - 09:30am-17:30pm with rotational shifts every 3 weeks, including one shift from 12pm-8pm.
