Key Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.49 (weekdays) and £13.73 (weekends)
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week
- Overtime shifts available with a +£2.50 rate
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays
- 30 days holiday when you start
We are looking for a Support Worker who is passionate about delivering care and support to transform lives for people with disabilities. As a Support Worker, your day will be varied and rewarding, with opportunities to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with their daily needs, including personal care and household duties
- Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and engage with their community
Working Hours:
Ten hour shifts, with weekend working essential. When you work weekends, you will have days off during the week.
