Care Support Specialist

The role involves ensuring our residents have access to activities they choose to participate in, such as day services, social outings, and fundraising events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with varying needs, including personal care and household duties.
  • Encourage and support residents in their daily lives.

Working Hours:

Ten hour shifts, with weekend working essential. When working weekends, you will have days off during the week.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.49 weekdays and £13.73 weekends.
  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Overtime shifts are available, with a +£2.50 payment.
  • Time and a half or double time for public holidays.
  • 30 days holiday when you start.
