Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Bupa. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your duties will include coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals, and carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
