Housekeeping Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Room Preparation: Ensure that hotel rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests, paying close attention to detail and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
  • Chemical Management: Use chemicals safely and effectively, adhering to COSHH guidelines and ensuring the correct use of cleaning products.
  • Public Area Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including corridors, lounges, and other communal spaces.
  • Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests, including providing extra amenities, ironing boards, and light bulb replacements as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to achieve our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and guests.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
