Ground Floor Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Ground Floor Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn Solihull South (M42). As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading hospitality business, Whitbread, and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Ground Floor Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and providing a warm and friendly welcome
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Providing information and assistance to guests throughout their stay
  • Working collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
