Front of House Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Hampton Brewers Fayre. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring they have a great dining experience
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to guest queries
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
