Ground Floor Team Member

We're currently recruiting for a Ground Floor Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Solihull South (M42). As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.

About the Role

As a Ground Floor Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect, and you'll be the first point of contact for guests, making a great impression from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with food and beverage service, including making cocktails and serving meals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, has a fun personality, and is able to work well in a team. If you're a people person who loves making others happy, we'd love to hear from you.

PAY RATE: Up to £11.79 per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent - we don't do zero hours contracts

HOURS: 18 hours a week
