Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Magnus James in Cheltenham town centre. As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-presented and customer service driven individual to work with us as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers on a daily basis to manage their property needs
  • Book viewings using our company's system
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate administrative records
  • Negotiate buyer offers and provide market advice
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of local property market

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
