Custodian of Rare Book Collections

At BookBrunch Limited, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Book Collection Coordinator. This part-time, 21 hours weekly role is perfect for a bibliophile who is eager to work closely with our Library Curator to manage bespoke book collections for private individuals, hotel clients, and interior designers.
The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the curation and fulfilment process, including sourcing books from suppliers, creating and managing Excel spreadsheets, and listing, packing, and labelling collections for shipment and delivery. Additionally, they will assist in maintaining the organisation of the book stock room, ensuring that all collections are accurately catalogued and easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing books from suppliers, working within budgets and developing title and sourcing knowledge.
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets/book lists for clients, budgeting and invoice requirements.
- Listing, packing, boxing and labelling collections appropriately for shipment and delivery.
- Assist in maintaining the organisation of the book stock room in an orderly manner.
