Job Title: Senior Fall Protection Systems Manager

Job Summary:

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Senior Fall Protection Systems Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality fall protection systems to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Lead a team of site technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Manage stock levels and ensure all necessary equipment is available for projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on fall protection systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work at height and in challenging environments
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certification or willingness to acquire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
