We are seeking an exceptional Wok Chef to join our team at a unique restaurant in West London. This is a chance to work in a vibrant environment, combining tradition with a modern twist, and creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in the dedicated wok section on Turbo-style woks.
  • Ensuring all dishes, both classic and creative Chinese dishes, are executed to perfection.
  • Helping keep the kitchen buzzing by maintaining food quality, hygiene, and coming up with new menu ideas.
  • Managing stock levels and quality in your section, ensuring everything's in place.
  • Sharing your expertise with the team and guiding junior chefs as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience working with a wok.
  • Ideal experience on Turbo-style wok stations with Cantonese-style woks, preferably at CDP level or above.
  • A serious passion for Chinese cuisine.
  • For those needing visa sponsorship, you'll need to meet the UK's Skilled Worker visa English requirements (B1 level CEFR, IELTS 4.0).
  • A valid passport.
