**Job Title:** Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of the housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and experience while staying with us.

**About the Job:

This is a senior role within the housekeeping department, requiring a high level of leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, including training, coaching, and evaluating their performance.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are spotless and well-maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures to make informed decisions and provide effective solutions to problems.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that all rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
**Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Detailed knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
