Job Title: Deputy Head Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Head Housekeeper to join our team at HC Facility Management Limited. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will assist the Head Housekeeper in overseeing daily operations, improving team productivity, and maintaining high standards of quality.

About the Role:

  • Manage a busy housekeeping department in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Hotel General Manager and Senior Management team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper.
  • Ensure commercial awareness and cost control capabilities to maintain efficient operations.
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies, reporting and recording any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
  • Demonstrate leadership experience in hospitality, focusing on housekeeping operations.

Requirements:

  • High standards and motivation by a passion for quality.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Experience working within a Housekeeping environment.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to provide support with cleaning rooms.
  • Effective IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
