About the Role:

Circle Health Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Healthcare Service Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and support services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality porter services that underpin clinical and non-clinical services across the hospital. They will be required to work effectively with patients, departments, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Some of the key duties include:

  • Providing efficient and effective porter services to support the operational needs of the hospital;
  • Responding positively to the operational needs of the hospital at all times, including working varying shifts and adapting to changing priorities;
  • Undertaking general and ad hoc tasks on a day-to-day basis to meet the requirements of the site, such as patient movement, equipment transportation, and goods logistics;
  • Explain hospital facilities and services to patients and family members during escort duties.
