Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor
Job Type: Temporary
Location: Remote (NHS trust based in Croydon)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis for 4 months. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations cases, including sickness absence, disciplinary, early resolution, and capability cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an employee relations case load, working proactively with managers to agree outcomes and propose recommendations
- Ensure that risks are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Provide comprehensive and professional Employee Relations service, working closely with Senior Employee Relations colleagues
- Develop and implement effective Employee Relations strategies to promote a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
- Education to Degree level or equivalent experience in an HR Advisory role
- CPP or part CIPD qualified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
