We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older people in the Middlesbrough area.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes, with a strong focus on staff management and delivering high-quality person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of residents
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding care and service delivery
- Contribute to the development of the care home's policies and procedures
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a team
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to deliver outstanding care and achieve exceptional results
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 and a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable care provider.
