As a Wigan Employment Support Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their career aspirations and develop tailored support plans to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing local job opportunities, as well as providing expert advice on career development and education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local job market and be able to provide expert guidance on career development, education, and training opportunities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders.
