The Job
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our payroll department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your primary responsibilities will include processing payrolls, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems
• Previous experience in payroll administration or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £26,500 to £34,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our working hours are 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, allowing for a great work-life balance. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
