Austin Fraser seeks a skilled Senior Account Manager to lead the management of our debtor ledger, focusing on cash flow optimization and bad debt reduction. This critical role demands excellent communication and organizational skills to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

1. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance cash flow and minimize bad debt.
2. Conduct comprehensive credit checks and assess customer financial stability to inform strategic decisions.
3. Maintain precise records and reports using SAP Business One software, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service while adopting a firm yet professional approach to collections.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and address customer concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or Senior Account Manager in a similar industry with expertise in business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build strong relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with ability to learn new software quickly.

Compensation Package

• $63,120 - $67,080 Per Year Salary
