About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Transaction Manager to join our team at A Team Recruitment Ltd. This part time bookkeeper position is perfect for an individual who is confident in managing financial records, preparing accounts, payroll, credit control, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling multiple account duties and be proficient in using Sage accounting software. It is essential that the selected person has gained their accounts experience in a manufacturing environment and is able to manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Review bank accounts and cash flow regularly
  • Assist in updating cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Credit Control management
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Complete monthly stock take
  • Prepare financial statements and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance
  • Experience in using Sage accounting software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering high-quality results

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
