Are you passionate about organisation and efficiency? Do you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to review and digest complex information? We are seeking a Senior Research Contracts Administrator to join our team in Research Services.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to support contracts activity across the team. As a Senior Research Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with contracts officers, playing a crucial role in supporting contracts activity. Following training, you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of lower-risk category agreements.

About You
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable passion for organisation and efficiency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to review and digest complex information. Experience of research agreements is not essential, but you will have an interest in supporting research and a willingness to learn. You will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers from across the University and externally, and be willing to work with multiple colleagues in the team across a variety of allocated contracts cases and projects. You will need to be fully at ease with using databases, spreadsheets, and other electronic systems in order to manage your work (training will be provided in specific systems).
