About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at LUSH Spa in Bath. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality spa treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Lush Spa Treatments, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment for clients
  • Represent the Spa on the shop floor, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products and services
  • Deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Contribute to the day-to-day running of the Spa, maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Represent the Spa at external events, promoting our brand and services
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, including full-body massage
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments
  • Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics, and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa
