Lush Spa is a haven of tranquility, where our skilled therapists provide immersive experiences that leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. As a Spa Therapist, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality treatments, adhering to our rigorous standards and protocols.
  • Represent the Lush Spa brand, embodying our values and ethics in every interaction.
  • Ensure seamless client experiences, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the spa, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Upsell and book treatments using our booking system, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and treatment knowledge, ensuring you can provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Contribute to stock control management, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, including full-body massage.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and treatments.
  • Ability to represent the Lush brand, ethics, and products with confidence and enthusiasm.
