About the Role

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with our retail and head office business areas to deliver sustainable and measurable results in cost, time, and quality of hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates through effective sourcing, pipeline, and forecasting activities.
  • Champion the various recruitment processes and ensure the right people with the right skills and attitude are hired into the business.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Collaborate with the retail and head office teams to identify and address recruitment needs.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of filling vacancies with top talent in an in-house or consultancy background, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
What We Offer
