Job Title: Executive Management Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee property management, including refurbishments, renovations, and rebuilds of properties in the UK and internationally.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the internal financial controller to manage project costs and optimize budgets.
  • Identify and acquire new properties using both internal and external resources.

Salary: The salary for this role is competitive and negotiable based on experience, ranging from £120,000 to £180,000 per annum.
