About Our Team

Priory Group's compliance team is responsible for ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, and we're seeking a skilled Compliance Operations Coordinator to support them in this effort. As a key member of the team, you'll contribute to group-wide compliance and audit initiatives, providing high-level administrative and customer support to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, preferably in HR, Onboarding, or Compliance, and possess strong administration skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support temporary worker compliance and assist with Right to Work requirements
  • Collaborate with the team on various compliance audits using large data sets
  • Assist with professional registration and revalidation needs with regulatory bodies
  • Validate NMC checks and process Disclosure checks
  • Contribute to developing knowledge and capabilities in compliance checks and requirements
  • Enhance processes and best practices for compliance

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Basic understanding of Right to Work checking process
  • Understanding of Disclosure checks or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of professional registration or willingness to learn
