We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Executive Hospitality Manager to join our team at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush, a vibrant and eclectic hotel located in the heart of West London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Our hotel boasts 237 playfully designed bedrooms, a lively all-day restaurant serving Thai-American comfort food, and a central wraparound bar and terrace perfect for socializing and relaxation.

Job Description

Reporting to our Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for:



  • Led a large, dynamic Front-of-House team
  • Drive innovation and create a culture of service excellence
  • Maintain a firm grip on costs, from labour to operational efficiency
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring a memorable experience
  • Lead by example, motivating and empowering your team to deliver exceptional results


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar management role, preferably in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of managing large teams, with a focus on service excellence and quality
  • A true passion for hospitality, with a deep understanding of our brand values and standards
  • Strong managerial skills, with the ability to achieve budgeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in labour, cost of sales percentage (COS%), and operational expenditure (OPEX)
