We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Learning Mentor to work with children with Special Educational Needs in a school based in Kingston Upon Thames.
As a SEN Learning Mentor, you will be an integral part of the children's educational journey, providing essential support to help them achieve their full potential, contributing to their personal and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to the children.
- Assist the children with their learning, social, and emotional development.
- Implement strategies and resources to meet the person-centred and specific needs of the children.

- Collaborate with the school's SEN team and classroom teacher.
