About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at St Christopher's Fellowship. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop authentic relationships with residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will be responsible for providing support, liaison with other professionals, and completing support documents to record information.
