About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menus, ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of menus
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Manage kitchen staff and resources to ensure efficient operation
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Degree in culinary arts or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
