We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Operations Manager to join our team at CV-Library. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of workshop staff. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, managing workloads and prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry. They will be familiar with health and safety procedures and have the ability to implement continuous improvement strategies. Additionally, they will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 33 days holiday, sick pay, pension scheme and private medical insurance.
