Workshop Controller Position

The Institute of the Motor Industry Limited is recruiting for a Workshop Controller to lead our Berkshire-based service department. In this role, you will ensure that all workshop objectives are met while providing excellent customer service and participating in full training and warranty accreditation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and a valid driving license. A competitive salary package of £43,000 per annum is on offer for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and staff to deliver exceptional service.
