Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and engaging Support Worker to join our close-knit support team in Radstock. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting 'Tom', a gentleman in his late 40's, with a learning disability, autism, and specific sensory needs.

About the Role

You will be responsible for following Tom's support plan closely and working well with a team of supportive professionals to minimize behaviors of distress that Tom may experience. It is essential that you are able to drive so you can support Tom to access the places he enjoys.
