About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Radstock. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to an individual with a love for gaming, trains, and woodland walks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing Active Support: Assist the individual with daily tasks, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Accompanying on Leisure Trips: Engage in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to the individual, such as gaming and woodland walks.
  • Dealing with Challenging Behaviours: Utilize de-escalation techniques and support strategies to manage difficult situations.
  • Building Rapport: Foster strong relationships with the individual, understanding their needs and preferences.
