We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit support team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Support individuals to access community resources, engage in activities, and pursue their interests
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK or EU driving license
  • Be able to work a 7-day rota, including day shifts and sleep-in shifts
  • Have a strong commitment to providing person-centered care and support
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Have a positive and empathetic approach to working with individuals with complex needs
