Information Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Information Management Specialist to join our team at Remotestar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information management and data governance, with a focus on Microsoft 365 deployment and information asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on best practices and emerging trends in information management
  • Assist in implementing the information and data strategy
  • Help establish and refine data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance information management capabilities
  • Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate project progress

Requirements:

  • Expertise in information management and data governance
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 deployment and information asset management
  • Strong project management skills and ability to develop and follow a detailed project timeline
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with staff and stakeholders
  • Capability to design and deliver comprehensive training programs
  • Experience in developing KPIs and metrics to track project progress
