Job Title: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in working with students with special educational needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support students with SEN in a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Work alongside teaching staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Develop and implement interventions to support students with SEN.

Requirements:

  • A patient and understanding approach.
  • An interest in working with students with SEND.
  • Flexibility in your approach.
  • Existing DBS check on the update service (new checks can be applied for).
