Job Opportunity at Tonic Talent

Tonic Talent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at a fast-paced, fresh-food cafe & restaurant located within a busy visitor attraction.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a strong work ethic, and a desire to drive sales and improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the front of house operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their full potential.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve business performance.
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a quality, fresh-food, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
