Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team at Randstad Business Support. As a Product Complaint Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating product complaint investigations and arranging servicing of drug and alcohol testing devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange servicing of products supplied by clients to their customers, including collection and return of items to customers
  • Provide customer support for the SCRAM CAM device, issuing weekly summary reports and tamper-alert reports for the customer
  • Assist customers with queries associated with our laboratory testing services, answer general incoming calls, and assist with Front of House (reception) cover during periods of absence
Requirements
  • Educated to National standards
  • Background/experience in a scientific environment desirable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A self-motivated, organized, positive individual with a flexible approach to work
