Academic Early Years Educator

Step Teachers is working with a Primary School in Edgware to find an experienced Reception Teacher to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have the skills to engage students from the early stages of their academic journey, laying the foundation for future success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a love of learning among students, promoting academic excellence through innovative lesson plans.
- Maintain a well-organised and accessible classroom environment, ensuring resources are readily available for optimal learning.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals and support students' development.
- Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to diverse needs, promoting inclusivity and student engagement.
- Implement school policies efficiently, maintaining a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience teaching in a Primary setting at Reception level, preferably within a mainstream school.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behaviour control.
Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
