We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis in Ballymena.

As a Financial Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's database to coordinate projects, associated expenses, and allocated resources. You will also reconcile receipts for travel and subsistence, ensuring they are allocated to the correct project. Additionally, you will manage and reconcile company bank accounts and credit cards, as well as efficiently manage the sales ledger by issuing invoices and following up on payments as required.

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with bookkeeping experience including management of purchase/sales ledger. Excellent IT skills, including at least 1 year's office-based experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, are also essential. The ability to create, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers is crucial.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines, use their own initiative, and possess excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
