Job Title: Assistant Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Eastleigh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, responding to incoming calls and emails, and processing sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  2. Respond to incoming calls and emails with a positive and proactive approach
  3. Raise purchase orders and process sales orders
  4. Provide product recommendations to customers on the trade counter

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Commercial awareness and relevant product knowledge (training can be provided)
  3. Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
  4. Willingness to learn and take onboard all training provided
