Job Title: Assistant Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Technical Sales Representative to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, responding to incoming calls and emails, and processing sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  2. Respond to incoming calls and emails with a positive and proactive approach
  3. Raise purchase orders and process sales orders
  4. Serve on the trade counter from time to time and offer product recommendations

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Commercial awareness and relevant product knowledge (training can be provided)
  3. Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
  4. Willingness to learn and take on all training provided
