Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing People operations team
- Develop and implement People Ops strategies and programmes that align with business objectives and support growth
- Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement in People Ops, ensuring scalable and efficient processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures that align with company values and legal obligations, ensuring compliance with all local statutory employment laws and regulations
- Oversee the administration of People systems and tools, ensuring accurate and seamless reporting
- Analyse People data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure all employee relations processes and practices are in strict compliance with local statutory and legal requirements, including employment law and other labour regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on various employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance issues, grievances, and conflicts
- Ensure thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct, or other HR-related issues.
