Nursery Room Leader

As a Nursery Room Leader at N Family Club, you will be responsible for setting the tone for our expert Educators within one of our nursery Family Rooms. You will lead by example in everything you do, helping your team achieve their potential in their roles as they help every child achieve theirs.

You will be an expert teacher with a passion for coaching and mentoring, a leader who isn't fazed by a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will have the opportunity to work in our brand new world of N Maidenhead Nursery, which opens in May 2024, featuring a super-specialist art and cooking room and a riverside garden with slides, sandpits, and a mud kitchen.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Educators to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Developing and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of children
  • Collaborating with other colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective team

We offer a competitive salary of £27,500 - £31,500, a performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year, and a range of benefits including a 4-day 36 hour week, up to 32 days of holiday a year, and a personal development fund of £100 per year.
